- Ease of onboarding for dispatchers
- How much training does a non-technical dispatcher need to get productive?
- Integration depth
- Does it connect cleanly with the communication channels and tools operators already use (WhatsApp, SMS, existing fleet-management systems), or does it require operators to change how their customers already order?
- Support responsiveness
- For small operators without dedicated IT staff, how quickly and effectively does the vendor resolve issues?
- Fit for scale
- Is a tool genuinely built for small/mid-size operators, or is it an enterprise platform with small-business pricing bolted on?
